Once booked, registrations cannot be canceled or transferred. Travelers are responsible for their safety and conduct during the tour, and compliance with Covid-19 guidelines is mandatory. - The standard time of check-in at the hotel depends upon location ( from 11 AM to 2 PM ) and early check-ins depend on availability, your cooperation is appreciable. Hotel check out time also as per check out policy of the respective hotel generally 11 AM.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at your disposal. ( AC will not work on hills )
- Arora Taxi Service will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of trips due to Force Majeure'. "Force Majeure' means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the company and includes, but is not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, lockdown, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, restrict to the entry of any place, flight/train cancellation/ tickets not confirmed and strikes. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this
- Travel Manager will be appointed on a minimum group of 20 pax otherwise virtual travel manager will be assigned
- Change hotel and/or tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances which are not in the control of the company, in this case, the same category of hotel will be allotted.
- Registration once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred or exchanged
- In case of a breakdown of the vehicle, travellers have to wait for a repair or other alternate option arranged by the company
- In case if 4 by-4 vehicle is required due to heavy snowfall or traffic, the customer will pay the charges.
- Travellers are solely responsible for any mishappening, theft, loss, injuries, illegal activities such as carrying banned drugs, or unlawful activities during the tour.
- Covid Guidelines must be followed by all travellers.
- Rooms upgradation & degradation can be done in last hours & difference amount will be refunded in case of degradation
- If any kind of misbehaviour happened during the trip, the Trip manager has the whole and sole responsibility to cancel your trip at the same point.
- Arora Taxi Service reserves the right to take photographs of participants of a tour with their concerns that may be used for promotional purposes. ask for your id proof during anytime before, after or during the tour for KYC purposes. Participants who would prefer their image not to be used must identify themselves to the tour leader/company at the commencement of a trip
